Role of CART Provider
Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) is an assistive communication tool, utilizing speech-to-text translation, similar to television captioning. CART is for consumers with hearing loss whose first language is English, not to be confused with those whose first language is American Sign Language (ASL).

You agree to be responsible for payment of the invoice(s) rendered as a result of your order. All invoices are due and payable in El Paso County, Texas. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1% per month.
